Database Node Improvements

We've made several usability improvements and bug fixes to the Database node experience.

This includes:

Fixed issues that could cause incorrect SQL queries to be generated in certain scenarios
Improved the configuration flow to make database operations more intuitive
Resolved several UX inconsistencies when building database queries
Improved reliability when configuring and executing database actions
