Invite Colleagues to Your Team

Flowmage allows you to collaborate with colleagues by inviting them to your team. Team members can work together on flows, webhooks, schedules, and other resources within the same team environment.

Step 1: Open Teams

In the left-hand menu, click Teams.

Step 2: Select Your Team

Choose the team you would like to manage.

For example: Frank's Personal Team.

Step 3: Open the Members Page

Inside the team settings, click Members.

This page displays all current members of your team and allows you to invite new ones.

Step 4: Invite a Team Member

In the Invite Team Member section:

  1. Enter your colleague's email address.
  2. Click Add Member.

Flowmage will automatically send an invitation to the specified email address.

Step 5: Accept the Invitation

The invited user will receive an email containing instructions to join the team.

Once the invitation has been accepted, the user will automatically appear in the Team Members list.

Viewing Current Team Members

The Team Members section shows:

  • Member name
  • Email address
  • Team role (for example, Owner)

This makes it easy to see who currently has access to your team.
